P&A identifies, analyse and evaluate projects and investment opportunities , preseting them to selected investors and partners, interested in investing in a portfolio of applications where P&A may eventually participate directly.
Normally we divide our work into three phases that can be adjusted to the special needs of our partners or investors:
• First - Strategic planning, market study, project appraisal and corporate analysis
• Second - Setting up of financial and corporate solutions and management solutions
• Third - Negotiation and follow up of the implementation of plans, projects and companies
